(More customer reviews)I bought this for my 3 year old because he loves star wars and thought this would be neat for him. It's a little hard to cock the gun and I have to give him a hand with it, but he loves it and wants to take it everywhere. The darts do come out fast, but I shot myself with it at point blank and it didn't leave any marks, so I'd say it's safe. The red light that is used as an aimer is pretty neat as well. Overall, it is a good product.
