(More customer reviews)I purchased this as a Christmas gift, for my six year old grandson, but returned it. The headset volume was very loud and although I did not check to see if it could be lowered I still felt it had the potential to damage an eardrum. I also saw a video of the toy, on YOUTUBE, and it seemed to be difficult to manuever.
