(More customer reviews)This is a great item and fun to play with. My 7 yr old son loves it - alot. However, do NOT expect every alien disc that is made for this specific toy to actually work. Two for certain do NOT work with this toy: Rath and Lodestar. I contacted Bandai and they claim that "some of the discs are only supposed to make sound, not always voice". If you ask me, I think that is complete BS. They just messed up in production and do not want to admit it. I mean, WHY make ALL the other discs work correctly and have voice w/sound EXCEPT for a select few? WHY? SOME discs work, and some do not - that is the bottom line.
By the way, I know this for a FACT because when I got the first toy I complained to Bandai AND Amazon. Amazon sent a new replacement and the problem STILL exists. So, I then contacted Bandai and they did the same exact thing - and same problem. Other than that, this is my sons favorite Omnitrix, aka Ultimatrix, and he has all the other models.
